Development in the heart of Porto in a reconstructed historic building.
In the heart of downtown Porto, in a historic building totally rebuilt, keeping the original trace.
A development that is born in a historic, residential, rehabilitated building, in Rua Fernandes Tomás, between the streets of Sá da Bandeira and Bonjardim, in the heart of downtown Porto, with unique facades and interiors, inserted in a plot with 850 m2.
The section of Rua Fernandes Tomás where the building is located is a consolidated area of commerce and services of the downtown area that is being subject to profound transformation, guided by impactful works for the city, of which the rehabilitation of the Bolhão Market that reopened to the public in September 2022 stands out.
Two other major projects are starting in this area:
– the remodeling of the Palácio do Comércio Building (across the street, involving the entire block of the streets of Sá da Bandeira, Firmeza, Bolhão and Fernandes Tomás);
- the block of Casa Forte (streets of Sá da Bandeira, Formosa and Travessa do Bonjardim).
The area is well served by public transport. The metro stations of Trindade (connection to the airport, station of Campanhã / Matosinhos / Polo Universitário / Hospital de S. João / Corte Inglês / Vila Nova de Gaia) and Bolhão (connection to Campanhã / Boavista / Casa da Música / Matosinhos) are less than 5 minutes walk from the building
The main bus lines of Porto originate from Avenida dos Aliados, 5 minutes away, the most emblematic avenue of Porto, where the City Hall and the main hotels of the city center are located.
In the surroundings there are many car parks. In Rua Fernandes Tomás there are 3 parks: the Trindade Park (2 minutes walk) and the Parks of the Shopping Centers Via Catarina and La Vie Porto Baixa (5 minutes walk). In Rua do Bolhão (in front of the building) is the Silo Auto. There are also several family garages in the vicinity that have monthly subscriptions in account.
The surroundings of the building is a very lively residential and commercial area, where traditional shops of the city pontificate. On the block there is a supermarket Pingo Doce (in front of the Bolhão Market) and many gourmet grocery stores.
Going up a little the Rua de Fernandes Tomás, you reach the street of Santa Catarina, the main axis of commerce in downtown Porto, where the Via Catarina Shopping Center, the emblematic Café Magestic and a wide variety of international brands such as Zara, Cortefiel and Fnac are located.
The area has numerous restaurants of national and international cuisine.
A few minutes' walk from the building is the Private Hospital of Trindade (CUF Group). The largest public hospital in the city (Hospital de S. João) is 15 minutes away by metro.
The horizontal property is registered and the local accommodation is authorized in a regulation annexed to the document.
With 13 fractions: 2 shops and 11 apartments of typologies T0 and T1 with areas between 49 to 76 m2, the apartments have top finishes and fully equipped kitchens.
The apartments are expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
